Dance was absolutely torturous today. Spun so much until the soles of my feet really hurt. We had to learn a new dance today. That makes it a grand total of five dances I have to learn. It’s really hard, especially for someone who has no dance background. I know the steps, but I just can’t execute them at the required speed. You might say maybe I just need to practice more but when the people around you are so much better, it’s really demoralizing…Who am I kidding? I can’t dance for nuts!
Saw josh sam and his band performing for the ic talent auditions. They played open your eyes and it was awesome! Much better than the two bands before them. josh said he screwed up his solo cos he was nervous and he played too quickly. But I thought it was fantastic! Haha. Ok I’m just a huge fan of josh sam’s playing. Yay!
After dance met josh sam in the café. Then we went to ps to meet mel and amos. We couldn’t decide to eat and we stood outside secret recipe for a really long time. Haha. Finally we went to bk. Josh sam was being really funny (josh please take good care of your girlfriend! Haha. Do not, I repeat do not let her fall on the ground!), amos was being lame as usual (the durian joke wasn’t the slightest bit funny. You and paul are weird.) and mel and I kept laughing and laughing and laughing. Hahaha. Then we went to Swenson’s for ice cream! Cookies and cream and frosted chocolate malt rocks! Crapped for quite a while. I was laughing a lot. Josh sam and amos are just really amusing people. Haha.
What I learned today:
don’t talk to josh sam when he’s eating ice cream. He probably won’t hear you cos all his attention is on his ice cream.
amos doesn’t eat much. He said he can eat at 10am and not feel hungry until dinnertime. Woah. Awesome…
I can’t dance.
Oh yes gerry is still not feeling well. He said he has a throat infection. Take care and get well soon gerry!
And I wanna thank S07 for being so enthusiastic about the whole sc thing. I really appreciate it! It makes me slightly less nervous. Even if I don’t make it through the interview, wanna thank you guys for your optimism and support! Yay I love my cg. :)

Both the boys and girls soccer teams need to win their next match to make it the semi finals. All the best guys! U can do it!

On the bus I saw a lot of people I know! First I saw li ting on the bus. Spoke to her a bit. Then I saw manda at a bus stop in serangoon. She didn’t see me though. Then I saw weiqin at a bus stop in seng kang. She saw me! Haha.
Today was the sa sports day. Our cg got into the semi finals of the inter cg relay! We came in last but the most important thing was that everyone did their best, no one got injured and we improved by ten seconds! Wooh! So proud of them. Josh sam and paul were being really lame but funny. They said they were going to start training and take part in next year’s race and they didn’t need ten runners. Just the 2 of them running alternate 200m to win it. haha. They said they were going to be so fast that they could afford to give the other teams a head start and go and eat prata first. Haha. go josh sam and sexy right! u guys can do it!
Sports day was kinda boring. Everyone was so unenthu about it. Only S07 was being high. Actually only the S07 GIRLS were being enthu and cheering really really loudly. Yay girls. We rock!
st nicks sports day is about a million times better! and it's this friday! carnevale blue we're coming after you! carnevale blue you have't got a clue! ok that was last year's cheer. still remember what it was like last year during sports day. absolutely busy busy busy. i miss going around classes reminding people to go for cheer prac/heats, staying back after school to do props/paint banner, skip recess to have meetings etc. it was like my life was nothing but blue. but it was worth it. blue rocks! anyone wants to go with me? it's going to be a really awesome experience!
anw i went to Broadway for lunch with S07. serene was really funny cos she was reading jokes on the bubble tea cups and laughing to herself. Then she had to translate it for the rest of us. haha. then twin manda and I stayed behind while the rest of them went to ps.
Went back to school to check the board for the sc interview. I actually made it! Geks min and coll made it too! Yes ah! Thanks to everyone who congratulated me. Li jian twin serene mel josh sam and my doctor. Li jian twin and mel were already excited about the prospect of another crazy campaign! But don’t be too happy yet! I still have to go through the interview. But thanks for the support and enthusiasm. I really appreciate it! Yay I have such a supportive cg. I love u guys! :)
Dance was fun! At first everyone was dreading to go for dance and we were like pon lah pon lah. In the end we still went and it wasn’t so bad cos jilyn could teach us the dance steps well! She went through the steps thoroughly and I finally could do the whole routine (or what they’ve taught so far) without getting lost! Haha. (twin we have to find time to practise together!)
Plus we ended early so I could go shopping with min and jas. They bought bread for me! Haha. So nice. They made me try on two shirts which I thought I looked spastic in. haha. But it was fun walking around with them. Jas bang and min are really funny! haha. I think what min said the other time was true. It’s better that we’re not in the same cg now cos we’ll treasure each other more like this. Otherwise we might take each other for granted. I love my babes. :)
Oh yes, anyone wants to see me dance? Haha. Rapture 4th august esplanade. Tickets at 20 bucks (first and second level) and 15 bucks (third and forth level). It’s gonna be really nice so if you’re interested, buy tickets from me!
eileen's back in school! she lost her voice so she was like when i get my voice back you won't have anymore peace. haha. it was good to have her back. went to run with serene in the morning. made her come earlier so we would have more time to cool down. it worked cos i didn't feel like passing out from heat during assembly. haha.
i'm gonna fail really badly for chem test! think i'm gonna get a single digit. pathetic! and cos i slept less than 5 hours last night, i felt like falling asleep during chem lecture. manda and i decided to drink tea after physics lecture but S07 wanted to go to sas for lunch so we didn't manage to drink tea. oh wells. tmr then.
we were having fun in the fitness area after school today. haha. the guys were doing pull-ups. then joey chandra gerry and josh sam played on the balance beam thingie, pretending to fight and see who would fall off first. it was hilarious watching them. haha. li jian was swinging on the ropes while josh sam and gerry were pushing him. haha. saw min jas and geks waiting to go for touch rugby training. i love you girls. :)
went to tau huay shop at 5 with mel serene yisheng josh sam gerry li jian and amos. we were laughing a lot! especially serene. trying to compete with some cedarians nearby who were laughing really loudly as well. and serene has this habit of whacking something whan she's laughing, be it someone's shoulder or the table. haha. actually mel serene and i were laughing like crazy most of the time. mel kept trying to laugh like serene. haha. laugh until stomach and jaws hurt! serene said her back hurts from rocking back and forth while laughing. haha. then we were teaching gerry how to laugh cos we realised we've never heard him laugh before. we tried telling jokes but he still didn't laugh. haha.
josh sam was playing with the pearls in his bubble tea. then he offered 50cents to anyone who could cut the pearl ino half using a spoon and only one hand. all of us tried and li jian managed to do it! woah so pro. amos was trying to convince gerry that pearls were made from second grade pearls, as in those that came from clams. oh gosh, does amos honestly think gerry's stupid? oh and cos mel and josh were placing pearls on top of their cups and blowing it off the cup, amos was like when you blow candles out on a birthday cake, your wish comes true but when you blow pearls they just fall onto the table. oh man random. amos was just being random the whole day.
amos went to buy some indian candy and gerry accompanied him. we were watching them walk to the shop and gerry seriously walks like a gangster. he looked like he was going to a gang fight! haha. and the candy that amos bought had mould growing on it. and he didn't realise and ate it. oh gosh. so blur!
